Lessons

I have been teaching students of all ages and levels for 8 years. My core belief is that every student possesses the ability to express themselves through music, and my role is to guide and inspire that journey with patience, structure, and empathy. I strive to create a space where students feel safe to make mistakes, ask questions, and take creative risks. Learning the cello is challenging, and confidence can fluctuate. Through positive reinforcement and support, I help students develop resilience and confidence in their playing.

Each student is different in their technical abilities & their goals. This means choosing repertoire that motivates them, using exercises that speak to their technical needs, and setting up realistic goals/expectations.
